Precidia Technologies Inc., a privately held company, was founded in August 1999. Precidia has received two rounds of Venture Capital to date totalling $8.25 million. In April 2008, Precidia Management provided an additional round of financing to the company.
Precidia Technologies offers leading edge, innovative IP technology solutions and products which are tuned to the needs of the market, empowering businesses to lower their costs and expand their possibilities now and into the future. The company's founders have an extensive background in IP technology and a strong understanding of the retail payments industry. Precidia currently employs 30 people in engineering, marketing, business development, sales, production, human resources and administration.
