Duties and Responsibilities |
- Respond to potential customers on Precidia's products and services
- Provide quotes, where applicable
- Receive and review purchase orders including co-ordination with manufacturing, finance and logistics in order to ensure correct shipment of product, verification of pricing/discounts, providing courier information to customers, resolution of customs issues
- Daily interaction with technical support team to ensure customer queries are being answered, update of customer maintenance status
- Daily interaction with finance team on customer credit status
- Input all inquiries into database
- Generate monthly reports on websales activity
- Correspond/follow up with accounts to ensure needs are being met
- Maintain rapport with customers and provide the best possible service
- Monitor trial/demo stock for customers and partners to ensure either purchase or return of product
- Ensure prompt follow up with customer inquiries via web, phone, etc.
- Process credit card sales

Experience and Qualifications |
- Post secondary education preferred
- Customer relationship experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills - exercising initiative, good judgment and confidentiality
- Thorough comprehension of sales activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Manage expectations of both internal and external parties
