Integrated Payments

Precidia Technologies is a recognized developer of integrated payment solutions for the retail payments industry. The TransNet payment engine, housed on our secure POSLynx220 payment router, sets the industry standard for secure, managed integrated payments. Pre-certified to a range of transaction processors, TransNet integrates credit, debit, gift and loyalty payments with electronic cash registers (ECRs) and POS systems in restaurants and retail. Our proven approach to integrated payments means that we are working with the leaders in our industry: Casio, Focus POS, Micro$ale, Sharp, NEC, Samsung, Logivision, Comtrex and Toshiba are just a few of the vendors we work with in retail payments. Precidia's POSLynx220 is a multiport router, making it ideal for connecting dial and serial based equipment in convenience stores, such as tank monitors and Ruby terminals.

Management and Monitoring

Precidia's key differentiator in the integrated payments market is our active management model, which simplifies support of the merchant and delivers industry-leading security. The NetVu management server offers 24/7 remote access to device, network and transaction data. Designed to assist the VAR, ISO or IT staff supporting the merchant, it offers valuable tools such as email/cellphone alerts for network failure, remote deployment and configuration, and remote application download.

MerchantVu is a store-level web portal designed to meet the needs of busy merchants in retail and restaurants. A range of transaction data, with card numbers truncated for security, is available in MerchantVu, including sales, refunds, tips, pre auths. MerchantVu offers tools to manage and monitor these transactions, such as alerts for suspicious transactions and unclosed batches. Reducing dependence on IT support during off hours, the tools in MerchantVu make merchant support even easier for VARs, ISOs and IT staff.

Serial Networking

Precidia also offers a suite of Simple Serial Networking products, which include the popular iPocket232 adapter. These products allow users to connect existing serial equipment, such as PBX and building automation systems, to broadband IP networks easily and cost effectively. We have hardware products in this family to suit every need, from single to dual port adapters, with features like 10/100 ethernet and Din rail/wall mounting. Many of these products can also be managed by NetVu, delivering a new level of remote accessibility for mission critical equipment.
