Precidia's products connect dial based payment terminals and hospitality POS systems to IP networks for faster, more cost effective transaction processing. The Ether232 acts as a modem replacement solution for touch screen hospitality point-of-sale (POS) systems, connecting them to T3's gateway. The EtherDial connects existing dial based payment terminals of any manufacturer to IP networks via Ethernet. By connecting to T3's IP VPN, these merchants can offer their customers faster transactions, enhancing customer service. This solution, which does not require any upgrade or replacement of existing systems or equipment, also reduces costs, with the elimination of a dedicated dial line for transaction processing.
