By integrating TransNet, the Documentor POS solution can accept credit, debit, gift and loyalty cards, routing transactions to the processor of choice. Both are accessible via a standard web browser, and offer 24/7 data for each location and device. NetVu is designed to assist support and IT staff, with network status, configuration and remote deployment. MerchantVu delivers store-level data to the merchant, including batch reports and transaction logs. MerchantVu also features alerts for network failure and suspicious transactions, helping to reduce downtime and fraud at the point-of-sale.
