Precidia's TransNet payment engine has been flexibly designed to operate on a range of hardware platforms. For single lanes with low end ECRs and no requirement for dial back-up, the POSLynx220-Mini is the ideal platform. This compact adapter offers a single RS232 port and Ethernet. For multiple lanes, the POSLynx220 is ideal, with 2 dial and 2 serial ports for peripheral integration, as well as full security and automatic dial back-up. The POSLynx220-Max offers all the features and functionality of the POSLynx220, with extra memory.

By housing the application on a secure adapter or router, rather than the POS device or PC itself, payment data is protected by the hardware 'fortress'.
