Warranty Policy

 
Precidia products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, and are conditional to the unit being installed and used as directed in the instruction manual. The warranty is extended to cover the Precidia Unit as well as the power adapter.

Dots Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for transportation, and any applicable brokerage fees, to the service depot.

Dots Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply to appearance or any accessory items including but not limited to cables. This warranty shall, in addition, not apply to damages due to handling, transportation, and unpacking. The warranty also does not extend to cover any malfunction caused by, or resulting from, abnormal environmental conditions, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, modifications or repairs by the customer, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire flood or other acts of God, or incorrect line voltage.
The customer may have other rights under existing state/provincial or federal laws, and where such laws prohibit any terms of this warranty, they are deemed null and void, but the remainder of the warranty shall remain in effect.
